About thirty minutes. You meet the vet, not just the tech. The exam is $75, and anything beyond it comes as a written estimate before we do it.
What happens

Request a visit
Use the form or call. We'll confirm a time by phone or text within one business hour during opening hours, and we'll ask for any records from your previous vet so you don't have to chase them.

Arrive
Dogs come straight through to a room, cats wait in the quiet room. Bring your pet hungry: the exam involves a lot of treats.

The exam
About thirty minutes for a first visit. You'll meet the vet, not just the tech, and we'll ask what you're actually worried about before we start.

The estimate
If we recommend anything beyond the exam, it comes as a written estimate with a line for each item. You sign, we proceed. You decline, no hard feelings.

After
You leave with a printed summary. If we ran tests, we call with results the same day where we can, and always within 48 hours.
What to bring
“First visit, they told me which two vaccines my indoor cat didn't need. Who does that?”
Cats wait on their own side of the building, carriers up on a shelf, never on the floor next to a dog. Dogs go straight through to a room. Nobody sits in a row of chairs holding a frightened animal.
